ADMINISTRATION
The Mother of Divine Providence Territory of the Poor Servants of Divine Providence Sisters (PSDP SISTERS) has its administrative headquarters at Nagpur. Mother of Divine Providence Bawan is the Territory House, and also the central administration of our Territory.
It carries out its activities through the following legal entities namely: EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY OF THE SISTERS OF THE POOR SERVANTS OF DIVINE PROVIDENCE, and PARIPALANA TRUST.

The economic aspects of this entity is coordinated and monitored and guided from this office by the Territory administrator together with her secretary and other staff without infringing upon any legal or administrative rights of the above entities.
The administrator though enjoys a lot of autonomy works under the supervision and guidance of the Territory Council that consists of the Sister Superior and other more three Sisters. One among these three members is appointed to be the territory administrator.
The Territorial administrator and the Council are also helped in their mission by various committees such as; social committee, formation committee, pastoral committee etc. set up to evaluate, study, analyze and propose ways and means of improvement and to help in framing policies and action plans for the delegation in general.
